You'll have a short placement conversation so we can match you with the right teacher, then book a free live 1:1 trial class at a time that suits you. There's no obligation to continue afterward.
Will I be charged anything during the free trial?
No. Your trial class is completely free, and no payment is taken until you actively choose to continue with a paid plan. Nothing is billed without your say-so.
What happens after I enroll and pay?
You get access to your student dashboard, and your regular classes are scheduled with the teacher you were already matched with during your trial — no extra setup needed.
How will you contact me after I enroll?
We'll email you directly with class confirmations, schedule reminders, and teacher updates — and everything also shows up in your student dashboard, so there's always a record to check back on.
What age groups do you teach?
We teach children, teenagers, and adults. Teachers are matched based on the student's age, ability, and learning goals, with lesson pacing adjusted accordingly.
What if I need to reschedule a class?
You can reschedule directly from your student dashboard, up to a set number of hours before your class starts — no need to email us.
Can I switch teachers if it's not the right fit?
Yes, at any time. We'd rather match you with a teacher you're comfortable with than have you stick with one that isn't working.
What technology do I need for live classes?
A stable internet connection and a laptop, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone. Classes run through a live video platform — no special software installation required.
Do you offer a refund policy?
Yes. You can cancel anytime — there's no long-term commitment and nothing forcing you to stay. If you're not happy, you get your money back.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. Many students start with no prior reading ability. Your placement conversation determines the right starting point, whether that's Qaida basics or advanced tajweed.
What does the Quran Essentials program cover?
Quran Essentials is built for a child who is completely new to learning the Quran. We start with Noorani Qaida — Arabic letters, pronunciation, and basic reading rules — then move into reading the Quran itself, all the way through to completion.
What does the Recitation & Tajweed program cover?
For students who can already read the Quran and want to go further, at any stage of progress — including adults improving existing reading. We focus on fluency, pronunciation, and Tajweed rules like Makharij (articulation) and Waqf & Ibtida (pause points), with regular feedback to keep you improving.
What does the Hifz Program cover?
For students ready to memorize the Quran, from Juz Amma through to completion — whether starting fresh or continuing memorization already begun. Classes follow a three-part method: new memorization (Sabaq), recent revision (Sabqi), and review of everything memorized so far (Manzil), with regular assessments to keep progress steady.
What does the Quran & Deen program cover?
This program goes beyond recitation into understanding the Quran's message — translation, basic Tafseer (interpretation), and Seerah (the life of the Prophet) — alongside essential Islamic knowledge like duas, Salah, and Adab (manners). The focus throughout is applying these lessons in daily life, not just learning them.
